Picave is a solo developer project that collects minimal user data to operate its banknote scanning and collection tracking features.
Data Collected
- Account information: Email address and password, if you create an account via Supabase Auth.
- App usage data: Banknote serial numbers you scan or enter, collection and wishlist entries, and subscription status through RevenueCat.
- Camera: The camera is used solely to scan banknote serial numbers. Photos are processed on-device and immediately discarded. They are never uploaded or stored.

- To enable serial number lookup
- To track your collection entries
- To send notifications about wishlisted items
- To manage your subscription status
Third-Party Services
- Supabase handles database and authentication.
- RevenueCat manages subscriptions and in-app purchases.
- Firebase provides push notifications on Android.
Data Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers.
Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email picave@potentinnovations.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Include the email address associated with your account in the message body. Requests are processed within 21 business days.
The following data will be deleted:
- Account credentials
- Saved collection
- Wishlist
- Any photos uploaded
Anonymous, non-identifiable usage data may be retained for up to 30 days for security and fraud prevention purposes.
