Answers to common questions about using Picave.

How do I scan a banknote? +
Open the Scanner tab and point your camera at the serial number on your banknote. Make sure the serial number is clearly visible and well lit.
Why wasn't my banknote identified? +
Ensure the serial number is in focus and not obscured. If the note is not in the database, it may be an older or uncommon issue. You can manually select the denomination if it is not detected automatically.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription? +
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Go to Settings, then Manage Subscriptions on your device to cancel. Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases after reinstalling? +
Go to Settings, then Restore Purchases inside the app.
How do I delete my account? +
From within the app, go to Settings, then Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. Alternatively, email picave@potentinnovations.com and it will be handled promptly.
I found a bug or have a suggestion. How do I report it? +
Email picave@potentinnovations.com with as much detail as possible, including your device model, iOS/Android version, and steps to reproduce for bugs. Feature suggestions are always welcome.
